End of support notice for version 7.2 and 7.3

Support will be ending for version 7.2 on June 1, 2025 and for version 7.3 on December 31, 2025.

We would like to announce to our customers that support will be ending for the following versions of RadCalc effective on the dates below:

  • Version 7.2 will be ending on August 14, 2025.
  • Version 7.3 will be ending on December 31, 2025.

What this means:

  • End-of-Support (EOS) means that after the date listed below we will no longer review new support cases that involve that version directly. If your account is under active support or maintenance, we’ll first upgrade you to the current RadCalc version and then continue troubleshooting.  If your account is no longer under an active support or maintenance contract, we will put you in contact with your Account Manager for attractive upgrade options.

How to check your current version:

  1. Open RadCalc.

  2. Click Help ? About RadCalc.

  3. Your version number is shown at the top of the dialog.

Latest version available now:

  • RadCalc 7.4.1 (released March 2025)

  • Includes numerous bug fixes, performance improvements, and usability enhancements. Detailed change logs are posted in Customer Connect.
